What I've learned as an ERG leader.

My term as the leader of an employee resource group at work ends this month. If you're just getting started as an ERG leader, let me share what I've learned with you. This journey has been incredible, and many wonderful people have stood alongside me to do this good work. It is important that everyone feels welcome at their workplace.
