Hollow Knight: Silksong (Blind) - Episode 45: Reeds of the Citadel

In today's episode of the "Silksong" playthrough, we explore more of the Choral Chambers. In regards to exploring the Choral Chamber, from my personal experience, your first priority should be to unlock the elevator in the upper-righthand corner of the map since you'll oftentimes find yourself returning there over the course of Act 2. For example, if you need money. You see, the Grand Reeds in the corridor near the elevator each drop 32 rosaries upon being defeated. So if you combine the speed boost from the Silkspeed Anklets, the power of Thread Storm, and the elevator granting you easy access to a bench to reset the Grand Reeds, you'll no longer need to worry about money. Speaking of the Grand Reeds, as you can probably tell from my time in Bilewater and the Citadel, Act 2 marks an overall increase in the difficulty of standard enemies and bosses alike. As such, while the Silkspear can still be useful, on average, it won't be as useful as it was back in Act 1.
