Thirty people missing after storms cause flooding and mud slides in North Carolina

At least 30 people are still missing after flash flooding devastated parts of rural North Carolina after Tropical Depression Fred made its way through the state Tuesday night. Authorities are also investigating reports of fatalities, as homes are destroyed and roads remain impassable. The storm is now moving up the eastern seaboard.
