Coy Harvey works for a pest control company in Lubbock, Texas. Before that, he worked with Jeff Krueger restoring classic Mustangs. Opening a garage door to find a ’66 Shelby, buried under garden tools, baskets, Christmas ornaments and assorted debris, produced one of those “oh-my-God” discoveries.
