INTRODACQUA - THE ANCIENT VILLAGE

Introdacqua is a small Abruzzo village nestled in the heart of the Peligna Valley, surrounded by woods and pine forests home to splendid, rare plants. Its name comes from its location between two rivers. The village has an ancient history, beginning with the monks of the Abbey of San Clemente, who sent their first settlers here to cultivate their lands.
