Manipur: Farmers Attacked in Noney, Khoupum Body Condemns Incident

The Khoupum Area Villages Authority Council and Civil Society Organisations have strongly condemned an alleged attack by suspected Kuki militants on unarmed farmers from Goitang Village under Khoupum Sub-Division in Noney district this morning.
