How can note-taking improve criminal investigation in less than a day. One of the challenges with investigations are long interviews, the longer the interview the more difficult it is to stay on top of what is being said, a switch to a deeper processing of the information makes all the difference. Making a shift from a note taking technique that just records verbatim what we hear to a technique that processes the information means there is an immediate increase in understanding which will enable better quality questions, greater linking, an enhanced overview, faster feedback/debriefings ...
