As per the latest news on Times Now, rain furry lashing North India and the IMD has sounded a red alert in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. A yellow alert has been issued in National Capital. Delhi has broken a 40-year record. The IMD has predicted heavy rainfall for Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.
