I would highly recommend SPAIN AHHH! I'M OBSESSED with the culture, beach life, night life, food everything about Spain screams summer vacay! I would highly recommend spending as much time in San Sebastian and Barcelona, you know what even 3-4 nights in each place would be ideal!
