2022 March Cheesesteak Madness The Judge’s Bracket Philadelphia Region - 2nd round Angelo’s Pizzeria vs By George We are in the Philadelphia Region to wrap up the 2nd round. Apparently I am not as popular as I think and I had to judge this match by myself. By George vs Angelo’s Pizzeria. By George won last year’s (year and a half ago) People’s Bracket. I continued to be surprised that I don’t see more about By George and Reading Terminal Market on social media. If you are worried about parking, Reading Terminal has a $5 for 2 hours of parking deal with 2 of the parking garages across the street from them. Angelo’s Pizzeria, another place I had gone to early in the adventure and was eager to get a fresh taste. I see a lot about Angelo’s on social media. The wait time is real. I waited 45 minutes (on a saturday at lunchtime) for my cheesesteak. Their roll is the real deal. Pretty amazing roll. You can thank Mike O for much shorter videos. The format will change a little for Sweet 16 2022 March Cheesesteak Madness is 64 entry bracket style cheesesteak tournament. Same 64 cheesesteaks and 2 brackets. 1, A people’s bracket, completed by online voting. 2, A Judge’s bracket, completed by judge’s eating each and every cheesesteak. The People’s bracket is complete and Donkey’s Place won. Now it is time for the Judges to eat their way through the 64 cheesesteaks. The Judges bracket is a big time and gastronomic commitment but they seem to enjoy themselves. Missed a video? Want to see more videos?
