Sir Philip Craven with Paralympic Torch at Stoke Mandeville

Sir Philip Craven, President of the International Paralympics Committee, was the first Torchbearer following the Paralympic Flame Lighting Ceremony at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on 28th August 2012. The Flame was then passed on to more Torchbearers as the 24 hour Torch Relay got underway.
