What is the Wealth Tax? Is the wealth tax constitutional? Here, the wealth tax explained, and for some reason Sanders and Warren both want one. Sanders has proposed implementing it, and he wants to take 8% of rich people's wealth. He's not the first. A few months ago Warren came out with her plan as well.
