In this first episode, we're heading to NCI Inox, specialists in custom stainless steel exhaust systems. The goal is simple: to completely transform the exhaust system of our Scania V8, giving it an incredible sound and a unique configuration. On the agenda for this first part: 🔧 Fabrication of an exhaust valve to divert gases according to the chosen mode 🔥 Installation of two vertical stacks to enjoy a free-flowing exhaust and the legendary sound of the V8 🛠️ Design and fabrication, entirely in stainless steel, of a side-mounted exhaust similar to the original, for a more discreet configuration This project is entirely custom-made, with stainless steel cutting, bending, and welding done directly in the NCI Inox workshop. Each part is manufactured specifically for this truck to create a perfectly tailored exhaust system. 🎬 This transformation will take place in two episodes, and in this first part, you'll discover all the manufacturing steps of this unique exhaust system for heavy trucks.
