OVERNIGHT OATS STRAWBERRY & BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE | WW GREEN | WEIGHT LOSS | MEAL PREP | BREAKFAST

This recipe should be about 3-4sp lower for you guys, once i figure out exactly how to track for all three programs i will list them. I "think" i know but would hate to list inaccurate points) Strawberry & Blueberry Overnight Oats 6sp Ingredients: -Great Value Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt 130g (1sp) -Kirkland Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2C (0sp) -Great Value Old Fashioned Oats 1/3C (3sp) -Jello-O Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix -Sugar Free Maple Syrup 1TBS (0sp) -Orgain Organic Superfoods Vanilla Bean Protein Powder 1TBS (1sp) -Cinnamon 1/4tsp-1/8tsp (0sp) -Strawberries (0sp) -Blueberries (0sp) -Honey Main Graham Cracker 9g (1sp) -Water 3TBS (need i say.. lol) Directions: Wash and dry strawberries and blueberries. Dice up the strawberries. Next, in a large bowl; measure out 650g nonfat plain greek yogurt with 25g of the sugar free Jell-o Cheesecake dry mix. Mix until your cheesecake mix is fully combined. In your jars/ containers measure out 1/3C old fashioned oats, 1/2C unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and 120-135g of the yogurt mixture. Stir until combined. Next, add in 1TBS sugar free maple syrup, 1TBS vanilla bean protein powder, 3TBS water, dash of cinnamon, handful of blueberries and/or strawberries. Mix until combined. Top with additional cinnamon and berries. In some little cups weigh out 9g of Honey Maid graham crackers. I crumbled mine up to top day of. Add less "milk" or water based on how thick you pefer your oatmeal. Keep in mind they will set in the refrigerator Make sure these have time to set in the fridge for a few hours (4-5, or overnight, hits the name haha. Mine stay good for 4-6 days in the fridge. I listed everything I used in this video, brands and all. Mostly from Walmart & Costco. You can totally make these your own with what you have on hand, add or leave out what you like or dont like! Overnight oats are so versatile, i mean there is even a carrot cake one out there. Hope you guys try this recipe, its so good and very filling!
