A Florida father — and former Teacher of the Year — Mitchell Patch, and his 1-year-old son Everett were killed in a horrific crash while crossing a Jacksonville roadway. Now, nearly six months later, the driver accused of killing them is finally in custody. Police say 24-year-old Logan Fletcher Park was speeding nearly 20 mph over the limit and later tested over the legal alcohol limit.
