After that, I passed the .mp4 in DAINAPP to perform the interpolation from 30 fps to 60 fps. With the frames folded I did the standard Upcale process (ESRGAN using the DeJpeg Fatality PlusULTRA to clean artifacts ), right after I passed the frames already converted to video in Topaz Video Enhance AI to do the upscale to 4K , plus i make the audio better it Adobe Adobe Audition.
