The reason for the 3 different years is the fact that all Mario Party games for the N64 (1, 2, and 3) have this exact same logo combo. Taken from Mario Party, Mario Party 2, and Mario Party 3 for the Nintendo 64. This was sourced from Mario Party 2. This also appears on the Wii and Wii U Virtual Console versions of Mario Party 2, with an animated version of the N64 logo (from some N64 games on Wii VC, such as Majora's Mask) appearing before the non animated one (from the actual game, Mario Party 2) on the Wii VC. The Wii U version is the exact same as all versions, without the animated Spinning N. I own nothing
