In this nightmare world, we meet **Dr. Marcelo Jimenez**, who is searching for a patient named **Leslie Withers**. *Ruvik* (Ruben Victoriano) was a highly gifted child who had a very close bond with his sister **Laura**. They were both caught in a barn fire in which Laura died. His father hid him in the basement, and Ruvik ended up killing both his parents. Ruvik later designed the *STEM* machine, which allows people to relive memories (in his case, with his sister Laura). Ruvik becomes the villain who constantly torments our mind. It’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s a nightmare in this twisted story.
