Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! In today's video, we will be discussing a common problem many people face while using Excel - how to sum only positive or negative numbers in Excel? Whether you are new to Excel or an experienced user, this is a useful skill to have. So, let's get started! To begin with, let's start with summing only positive numbers in Excel. The easiest way to do this is by using the SUMIF function. Simply select the range of cells you want to sum, followed by the criteria range, and then the criteria. In this case, we will select the range of cells that contains the numbers we want to sum, followed by the criteria range where we will select the same range of cells and then choose the criteria to sum only the positive numbers. Finally, press enter and you will get the sum of all positive numbers in that range. Now, let's move on to summing only negative numbers in Excel. To do this, we can use a similar function called SUMIFS. Select the range of cells you want to sum and the criteria range where you will select the same range of cells and then choose the criteria to sum only the negative numbers. Then press enter to get the sum of all negative numbers in that range. That's it for today's video.
