This isn't about building emotional walls or suppressing your sensitivity. Jung identified a natural protection mechanism already present in every empath's psychology that, when activated consciously, makes manipulation impossible. The empaths who become untouchable aren't the ones who learn to feel less. They're the ones who learn to feel everything while carrying only what genuinely belongs to them. Jung's secret law states that consciousness of the shadow grants sovereignty over the soul. When you become fully conscious of your own shadow material, you automatically stop unconsciously carrying others' shadow material, and when you stop carrying others' shadow, manipulation cannot touch you because you're no longer unconsciously participating in the dynamics that make manipulation possible.
