India may escape US sanctions for buying S-400s from Russia I Sree Iyer

The United States is finding a difference between Turkey and India and might just decide to not impose CAATSA sanctions on India for purchasing the S-400 anti-aircraft system from Russia. Being a member of the QUAD might help, says Sree Iyer.
