Fight Tunisian Vichy French | Call of Duty 2 Big Red One 2005 | Part 2/6

The game follows to the next chapter is a flashback that takes place during the invasion of Tunisia in the Battle of Oran called "Baptism By Fire", and soon back to where the Prologue left off. The player is then ordered to clear four aircraft hangers and clear out Control Tower from enemy hands. Once coast is clear, the squad moves out to the anti-aircraft guns. The player is ordered to take control of one of the guns and shoot down the oncoming planes. Once the sky clear from enemy presence, the player regroups with his squad and completes the mission. The next level starts off with the player in a tank with the rest of the player's squad. The tank commander takes the blame and says that he was just trying to offer a quick ride because his younger brother would have been killed if it wasn't for what the infantry did back at the Oran Airfield. The player only has to take out an AA gun on the edge of the town, making it safe for the planes to come in and bomb the place, thus ending the level. Call of Duty 2: Big Red One tends to focus much more heavily on the character aspect of the player's squad mates. Player will learns their names and watches them as they age and gain rank over the course of the war and as some are killed in combat.
