Max Payne - Playthrough Part 9 (Final, Ending + Credits)

It's time to settle the score with the corporate witch. To no surprise, Nicole has fled from Max after a short face-to-face confrontation and has all of her killer suits do the work. Looks like it's time for Max to fill up even more spots of the city morgue and avenge his family once and for all. This last part of the game ain't too bad. You just have to execute your techniques well enough to gain more survivability against the hail of gunfire that the suits are always willing to hit you with every time you're in their sights. And they won't bother to take their sweet time to steady their aim at you. All you have to do is be swift, don't miss, and you'll be fine. The only thing that is a huge pain in the butt, pain to the max, is trying to shoot the antenna mast wire spools. The damn wind is making it hard, so make you're positioning your aiming well. As soon as all of the wire spools are disconnected, shoot the mast and watch it fall on top of Nicole's chopper. Boom! You've won the game and freed Max of his nightmares. After the epilogue, you'll be thrown into a bonus stage where you need to wipe out a bunch of killer suits. Just make sure you use the same techniques and wipe 'em out. After that, you'll be rewarded with the pictures of the game's developers. Now that the playthrough's finally over, it's time to give my final verdict to Max Payne. It's a great action game that mixes in great storytelling and satisfying gameplay that challenges you. I really fell in love with the gunplay where you can slow down time and wipe out your enemies in one fell swoop at times. Some parts of the game are unforgiving and cheap, which took me several tries to get through, but there aren't that many for me to consider this game as a trial and error one. The storyline of this game was pretty interesting, and it didn't felt like it was just some revenge story. The writing made it better, and sometimes you'll sympathize with Max, whether you think he deserves it or not. I would recommend this game to anyone who's looking for an action game with a great story.
