Trickling Waterfall in Canadian Rockies | 4K UHD | Stress Relief, meditation, Deep Sleep | 3 HOURS

We visited the Jasper National Park over the last weekend of November 2022. Summertime in the park is great, but with winter comes a kind of beauty that is not easily beaten! One of the best hikes to do in the Jasper National Park is the Maligne Canyon hike. In the off season the park is a lot less quieter, and you find yourself alone in the most calming & relaxing spaces. As you follow the Maligne Canyon trail you will encounter beautiful frozen waterfalls with the peaceful sound of the waterfalls calming the entire canyon . In this recording you can hear one of these frozen waterfalls. When I listen back to these recordings to help me find calm, it takes me back to that moment and I can feel the anxiety subside. I hope this recording will help you to find calm, be it at work when you need to calm your mind, or while you fall a sleep.
