COVID-19 cases on the rise in Carolinas; daily record in South Carolina

COVID-19 cases continue to grow in the Carolinas, with North Carolina seeing hospitalizations at their highest for the fourth straight day. Health officials say they haven't seen any indication of that upward climb falling, either, which has led to concern from Dr. Mandy Cohen with the Department of Health and Human Services.
