Visiting The Queen City (Charlotte, North Carolina)

We unexpectedly visited the Queen City, Charlotte, North Carolina for a day. Did you know that Charlotte is named after Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz? Queen Charlotte was the Queen of Ireland and Great Britain in the late 1700s to the early 1800s. Queen Charlotte was also counted as the first Black Queen of Britian. Netflix's Bridgerton brought a lot attention to the this Queen. My wife enjoyed visiting her hometown and homestate of North Carolina. Charlotte is a beautiful city with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly people.
