However, while it is meant to be used on enemies that are classified as Tarnished, you actually can use it on any enemy you want... kind of. When inescapable frenzy is used on a regular non-tarnished enemy, it actually becomes one of the worst spells in the game. It is actually hilarious to me that you can use this spell this way.
