In this tutorial I show you how to enable TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot on Gigabyte Motherboard. Both TPM 2.0 and secure boot are a requirement to play many modern games due to anti-cheat software. To enable TPM 2.0 and secure boot you will need to go into your BIOS. The easiest way to do this is to turn off your computer, then turn it back on and press the Delete key. Pressing the Delete key when your computer is starting will load you into your BIOS. Once you’re in your BIOS you’ll first need to switch to advanced mode, which can be selected from the bottom right side. In some instances your mouse might not work in your BIOS. If this is the case then you will need to use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move around. You can also press Enter to select and Esc to go back. This allows you to make the necessary changes. Once you’re in Advanced Mode you’ll need to go into the Settings, which can be found on the top menu. Within the settings you’ll need to go into the Miscellaneous options. If you have an AMD CPU then you’ll need to set the AMD CPU fTPM setting to Enabled. However, if you have an Intel CPU you’ll need to set the Intel Platform Trust Technology setting to Enabled. Doing this will enable TPM 2.0 on your Gigabyte motherboard. Next, you will need to enable secure boot on your Gigabyte motherboard. For this, you will need to select the Boot tab from the top, then find the CSM Support setting. To enable secure boot in Windows 11 you will need to set CSM Support to Disabled. Once done you can open the Secure Boot options and set Secure Boot to enabled. After you have enabled TPM 2.0 and secure boot you can then select Save & Exit to boot into Windows 11. When you have enabled secure boot you can check it to ensure it is on and working correctly. To do this open the Start menu and search for System Information, then open it. In the system information window you will see the Secure Boot State option, which should be set to On. If secure boot isn’t on then you will need to go back into your BIOS and make sure Secure Boot is enabled, then you can Save & Exit and secure boot will be enabled. ►► Store: https://slurptech.etsy.com ► Discord Server: / discord ► Background Music Stream Beats: https://www.streambeats.com Disclaimer: The advice provided in our tutorials and guides are based on our personal knowledge and experience.
