Gratitude Juice Feast #3 - Love and Blessings All Around

Aloha Sangha! Today is day #3 of the Gratitude Juice Feast and Cleanse and I'm feeling great. This is typically how it goes for me on day 3, I either get a BIG boost or it takes another day before I'm flying high. I woke up this morning buzzing with energy, not so much physical energy but life-force energy and a beautiful sense of tranquility (a knowing that everything is all good). There is so much more to juice feasting/fasting/cleansing the spiritual aspects are so amazing and in my opinion aren't talk about or explored enough. I know I'm not the only one out here getting high off fruits and veggies. Am I? I think this blessed out feeling is my liver and trillions of cells saying thank you! In any case today is wonderful and has really allowed me to be in a place of authentic appreciation and gratitude. It's amazing what we can do when we set sincere, clear intentions.
