Oxidizing salami with 100% oxygen, burning

At Haxogreen 2016, we experimented with a drilled through salami sausage, passing 100% oxygen through it. We tried to see if it would resemble a rocket engine. It turned out a bright candle was a better description. which did burn for 15 minutes, showing how much energy a salami sausage holds.
