It was around 8:30 p.m. when the fatal collision happened on Winchester Avenue in the Brown Estates neighborhood. Investigators said a white Dodge Challenger was speeding west on 63rd Street when it failed to negotiate the curve of the road. As a result, the vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
