Unsure what led up to this incident prior to the footage. You can see parts falling from both vehicles. From DC driver - I was travelling along the Berkshire Road overpass in Maida Vale when i saw a 4WD tailgating a ute in front of it. "They were bumper to bumper... The 4WD was ramming and sideswiping the ute."
