Coming Events: —Stewardship month Sunday Continues today! In the newsletter and bulletin you will find the QR code and other information to make your pledge for 2026 —On Saturday, November 22, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., AACO will officially apologize to African-Americans for slavery. This auspicious event is free and includes workshops/discussions on reparations. I know that at least three of us are going. Why not join us? —Saturday, November 29, we will gather in the morning (time TBA) to make preparations for greening the sanctuary. —Sunday, November 30, is the First Sunday of Advent! During Worship we will light the first Candle of Hope on our Advent Wreath and green the sanctuary. —December 14 : The artists of the UCCA will be hosting an arts and crafts show for all your holiday needs! Save the Date, December 14 following the service. If you would like to have a table or space to sell your wares please contact Rick Dove. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the church! One stop shop for all your holiday gifts!! —Living the Questions Adult Study Group will resume Thursday on November 6 online. We will read Walter Brueggemann's "Prophetic Imagination." Read Chapters 1 and 2 for December 1. Please contact Pastor, Come join us. _______________________________________ Book, CD, DVD Collection: Bring your new or gently used books, CD’s or DVD’s to the Narthex for collection. We will receive a small “reward” for the donations! To date, we have received $189.00 from shoes and books. _______________________________________ UCCA Choir: Choir rehearsals meet Sunday mornings at 9:30am. New voices are welcome! Come sing with us! ________________________________________ Sunday School: Sunday School is offered during worship for youth 11 years old and younger during the academic year. Young adults 12+ will stay in worship. Class begins following the children's service. Fellowship Following Services: Please join us after the 10:30 service for a cup and conversation! Third Sunday Potluck luncheons are back! On the third Sunday of each month please bring a dish to share and join us to for lunch and to celebrate birthdays of the month.
