Manitoba sends more COVID-19 patients to Ontario as Ottawa promises help

Manitoba has transferred at least 14 COVID-19 intensive-care patients to Ontario as ICUs reach capacity. Ottawa promised to send help in the form of the Red Cross and Canadian Armed Forces.
