We made this video because we enjoyed watching Doug fall and we thought you would too. But for real, working out is silly. It's no fun, it's hard to get motivated for, and it's for what? Vanity? Looking good naked should be the product of a life well lived, not because that's the only thing that makes you happy. Don't work out. You should train. Train for life. Train for your next adventure.
