Eucci, OP-Z downtempo/? (Prototype, live at kA) Dirty Modern Summer Series 2020

Prototype filming of a live session from kA/2nd. All audio from OP-Z. There were some problems with the audio, and the performance is edited down to cut around those and other first-pass mishaps. If interested in what went wrong: this was recorded via the USB audio from OP-Z to iPhone via lightning-to-USB (A) adapter. I've had more success recording the OP-Z to iPhone via the Roland GO:Mixer and will try that in future sessions. As I was listening to headphones directly out of the OP-Z, I missed any issues / overloads while recording. And I was drinking absinthe as this was going down. Just for the fun of it. Visuals generated in Vizzie / Max 8, which may have left some additional audio glitch artifacts when it gets overloaded (usually in the style of some extra loops / repeating elements). Again, for future self, I would probably still do the visuals in Vizzie and have them respond to the audio, but would probably replace the audio in the final movie file with the raw original before doing any further editing, trimming, etc. Primarily, these are notes for myself, but others may find them interesting. #opz #teenageengineering #downtempo #prototypejam
