बारिश के मौसम में आज मैंने पकौड़े नही बल्कि ये रेसिपी बनाई बच्चों और बड़ों सभी को बहुत पसंद आई बिना सोडे के ,बिना बेसन के बनाएंगे कुरकुरी आलू के पकोडे तो खाते ही रह जाएंगे!ALOO BHAJIYA! (PAKORA) न चावल का आटा न सूजी न सोडा एकदम फुले फुले कुरकुरे आलू के पकोड़े, देख हो जाएंगे दंग | Aloo Pakoda Aloo Pakoda जब लोग हो ज़्यादा समय हो कम बिना सोडा एकदम फुले फुले कुरकुरे आलू पकोड़ा देख रह जाओगे दंग कुरकुरे आलू के पकोड़े - crispy aloo ke pakora recipe hindi झटपट चटपटे उबले आलू का पकोड़ा/ पकोड़े / बड़ा Aloo wala pakora made with atta (wheat flour) and rice flour is a delicious and crispy snack. Here's a simple recipe: Ingredients: Potatoes (Aloo): 3 large, thinly sliced Wheat flour (Atta): 2 cup Rice flour: ½ cup Green chilies: 2-3, finely chopped Coriander leaves: a handful, finely chopped Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon Garam masala: ½ teaspoon if required Salt: to taste Water: as needed to make the batter Oil: for deep frying Instructions: 1. Prepare the batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour and rice flour. Add the chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, until you get a smooth and thick batter. 2. Prepare the potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes. Thinly slice the potatoes. You can use a mandoline slicer for uniform slices. 3. Coat the potatoes: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Dip each potato slice into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. 4. Fry the pakoras: Carefully drop the batter-coated potato slices into the hot oil. Fry in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until the pakoras are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. 5. Serve: Serve the aloo pakoras hot with chutney or ketchup.
