Woodturning an oval oak pot

I was just playing around off camera the other day, trying to make something in an oval shape. In the end I had a pretty nice pot. So I decided to make another one with the camera running. I had some oak lying around and I dont know, what wood the lids are made of. Music: www.epidemicsound.com
