Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   Special Shahi Tukray Serves 8-10 Recipe in English Ingredients: Prepare Custard Milk: -Doodh (Milk) 1 litre -Cream ½ Cup -Sugar ½ Cup -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) crushed 1 tsp -Custard powder 3 tbs -Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs -Dalda canola oil (For Frying) as required -Bread slices 10 Prepare Sugar Syrup: -Sugar ¾ Cup -Kewra water ½ tbs -Hari elaichi (Green cardamoms) 3 -Water 1 Cup -Lemon juice few drops -Pista (Pistachios) sliced as required -Badam (Almonds) sliced as required -Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf) as required Direction: Prepare Custard Milk: -In a wok, add milk, cream & whisk well. -Add sugar, green cardamom crushed, turn on the flame & bring it to boil. -Add pistachios, almonds & mix well -In small bowl, add custard powder, water & whisk well, pour this into milk & mix well, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickens. -Turn off the flame, custard milk is ready! set aside. -In a pan, add oil & heat it (160 C). -Cut bread slices into diagonally & add in hot oil, fry on medium flame until golden brown from both sides. Prepare Sugar Syrup: -In a pan, add sugar, kewra water, green cardamom, water, lemon juice & turn on the flame. Cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves in water. Sugar syrup is ready! Set aside. -Dip fried bread slices in prepared warm sugar syrup & place them in a serving dish, pour prepared custard milk, garnish with pistachios, almonds, & silver leaf & serve!
