Wii es un videojuego de plataformas de la saga Super Mario, desarrollado y publicado por Nintendo para Wii. Fue lanzado el 12 de noviembre de 2009 en Australia, el 15 de noviembre de 2009 en América y el 20 de noviembre de 2009 en Europa, aunque en este último se vendió un día anterior, además de que 10 días antes ya estaba disponible en algunas tiendas. El juego fue lanzado el 3 de diciembre de 2009 en Japón. La historia comienza cuando se está celebrando el cumpleaños de la Princesa Peach en su castillo y un gran pastel es recibido en la puerta. Cuando llega a Peach, salen de este Bowser Jr. y los siete Koopalings, quienes atrapan a la princesa del Reino Champiñón en la misma tarta para secuestrarla. En persecución de estos van Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad y Blue Toad. Los objetos Champicóptero y Pingüino son lanzados con un cañón por los otros Toads desde el Castillo. Wii is a side-scrolling 2.5D Mario platformer for the Wii. The game was released in Oceania on November 12, in North America on November 15, and in Europe on November 20, 2009; it is the first main series game to be released first in the Oceanian regions, and the first and currently the only Mario platformer to be originally released outside Japan or America. It is a follow-up to the 2006 Nintendo DS game New Super Mario Bros. Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad, and Blue Toad are celebrating Princess Peach's birthday, when a huge cake slides in. Immediately, Bowser Jr. (who masterminded the plot to infiltrate via the birthday cake[6]) and the Koopalings jump out and throw the cake on top of Peach and the Toads, trapping her inside and leaving the Toads stunned. From there, the villains load her onto their airship while Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad, and Blue Toad follow closely.
