Alright! After uploading Wembley 1992, I saw that Adam (TheEltonBootlegs) had uploaded Leeds 1984, and I immediately got an idea for a concert upload: Elton's gig at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, England on June 23, 1984, 4 days after the aforementioned Leeds show! The quality of the show is very good, but it is sadly incomplete, ending at I'm Still Standing and missing Your Song, Saturday Night's Alright, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Crocodile Rock, and the Rock and Roll Medley. Despite the missing five ending songs, this is still a great concert bootleg. Elton is in his amazing 1984 voice and delivers great renditions of every song in this show! My favorites include Tiny Dancer (with amazing vocals and great music), Hercules (gotta love the fast pace of the live versions!), Rocket Man (awesome as always for 1984, with excellent instrumentation and a great solo at the end), Daniel, Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me, Sad Songs (the fast pace makes the 1984 versions more fun!), Bennie and the Jets (Elton is very obnoxious with the vocals, and performs a great solo), Philadelphia Freedom, the Blue Eyes/I Guess That's Why medley, Sorry Seems To Be the Hardest Word, Too Low For Zero, and I'm Still Standing! Note: before Sorry Seems, Elton Plays Happy Birthday for some triplets in the audience, and plays the song for them! I hope you enjoy yet another fantastic 1984 EJ show!
