Makarov has now taken the President Hostage preventing him from stopping the war for Makarov claims that Russia will take all over Europe, and now he threatens Vorshevsky that they will try and find his Daughter; Alena, if the President doesn't submit the launch codes to him. Meanwhile, Yuri has managed to regroup back to Price's group after the attack in Himachal Pradesh. Soap is know starting to recover from his injury and has his motives fight. They group has heard and guessed why the Russian President is missing. The group have intel that Makarov has a mysterious large cargo that is in Sierra Leone in Africa. The Militia in Africa planned to ship the cargo into different parts of Europe for this would be Makarov's next step of total domination of Europe. Price, Soap and Yuri are going in for an infiltration to stop the cargo that is being shipped to the U.K, even if it meant group through enclosed villages filled with African Militia. All similar to the ones in Brazil.
