Commissioners vote to create zoning plan around Fairchild

After two and a half hours of public discussion, Spokane County Commissioners have decided to create a zoning plan around Fairchild Air Force Base. That plan could make or break the Spokane Tribe's plan to build a new casino. KXLY4's Annie Bishop reports.
