Hello Foodies! Here it is! Another way you can use up Hmong sausage! FRESH SPRING ROLLS! Um, I'm asking you to put cold sausage into your spring rolls? YES! Don't freak! I get it, Hmong sausage is suppose to be eaten warm, but as long as you cut it nice and thin and consume the rolls day of making it, it's going to be alright, ESPECIALLY with the peanut dipping sauce I'll be sharing to you all too. It's that good. Yum! So I hope you all enjoy! *sub out the sausage for other protein such as shrimp, chicken, tofu or pork loin. Hmong sausage can be fatty, so if you don't like "cold" sausage meat, sub it out for something else. I cut the sausage pretty thin so it's easier to eat and it tasted just fabulously yummy!
