Hobbit Hill House | Sims 4 Build ASMR | No CC!

I built this cozy, rustic, Lord-of-the-Rings/The-Hobbit-inspired hobbit house in The Sims 4 using The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack! This is an earthen house inspired by the hobbit homes seen or read about in JRR’s The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings trilogy. The property is made up of two structures: the main living area with a cozy living room, office, two bathrooms, and one bedroom; and another hobbit hole which contains a rustic kitchen. Hobbits are homebound, comfort-loving creatures with deep ties to the earth and the land around them, which I have tried to replicate in this build. All of the structures are worn, lived-in, but comfortable. Fireplaces abound, and there are plenty of cozy little corners to enjoy a cup of tea. Outside, the land needs tending to. Lush gardens and farm land are littered with planting pots and small plants. The chicken coop will provide fresh eggs every morning, and the cow will provide milk for fresh cheese and butter. A small waterfall pours into a small pond, and song birds tweet from the many trees and bushes which are planted on the property. I hope you enjoy this trip to Hobbiton!
