MK7 All 7 Clones in one lobby (7Leos)

It happened on the day after June 25th when I returned back to playing 3ds. Apparently I was about to find an open VS Race lobby to join, and then I found a guy named "L e o", I met him many times but this time there's more than one. There's like 7 Leos with same Mii face, but 1 of them is different. Most of them use region hacks and one of them was item hacking. 7 Leos, 2 Miis, 5 Marios. I didn't get the chance to record the whole video when the race started, sorry. I had no idea how the hell is that possible dude.
