'One Heart, One Mind' was created by a group of young people from Kw’umut Lelum Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Kw’umut Lelum is an Indigenous agency rooted in Coast Salish snuw’uy’ulh (teachings) that provides culturally-driven family support, caregiving services, and community programs and services to nine First Nations on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
