Carbohydrates may be the key to a better malaria vaccine

Walter and Eliza Hall Institute researchers Dr Ethan Goddard-Borger and Associate Professor Justin Boddey on their discovery that carbohydrates on the surface of malaria parasites play a critical role in malaria’s ability to infect mosquito and human hosts.
