We were travelling on Air Canada Rouge Airlines. Bid upgrades to Business Class started at $200 per person. $290 was rejected for this full flight. Two seater row in this 3 seat Airplane was available. Departure flight allowed for seat closest to emergency exit door to recline and arm rest to move but flight back did not. Layout limitations. Otherwise good seats with space on the side to stand or place bag once in the air. There are three different Air bus airplane layouts for Airbus A321. Airbus departure flight had phone holder, flight back did not have. Complimentary drink and snack/ food included. Complimentary Wi-fi allowing free texting.
