The Messenger of ALLAH ( Peace Be Upon Himصلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم ) Said :- "THE BEST AMONGST YOU IS THE ONE WHO LEARN THE Holy QURAN AND TEACHES IT". ( AL-BUKHARI) Sayyiduna Khabbab says:; The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) told me that; “when you go to bed, you should recite Qul ya-ayyuhal Kafirun, this was the practice of the Prophet when he went to bed” – (Bazzar, Tabarani, Ibn Marduyah). According to Ibn 'Abbas, the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said to the people: Once it has been asked to the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him): Shall I inform you the word that will guard me against polytheism? It is Qul ya-ayyuhal Kafirun if you, O Allah, will let me die while I am in my sleep. Sayyiduna Anas says that the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said to Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal: It is also recommended saying Qul ya-ayyuhal-Kafirun at the time one goes to bed since this amounts to immunity from polytheism.
